3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all documentation. Please write the RMA number clearly on the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return after receiving the item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is approved and processed, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will cover the cost of the product minus any applicable restocking fees (if applicable). Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
